What Bespoke Means at Birkton
A bespoke commission is not a customisation of an existing product. It is a new piece, conceived and built from scratch in close collaboration with our makers. From the first sketch to the final finish, every decision is yours.
The Process
- Enquiry — Share your idea, your space, and any reference images. We'll respond within 3 working days.
- Consultation — A dedicated conversation with our design team to refine dimensions, materials, and finish.
- Proposal & Quote — We'll send a detailed proposal including drawings, material samples, and a fixed price.
- Crafting — Once approved, your piece enters our workshop. Lead time is typically 8–14 days depending on complexity.
- Delivery — White-glove delivery and installation available across India and select international destinations.
Materials
We work with solid hardwoods mainly Teak Sangwan, hand-finished metals . All materials are ethically sourced and selected for longevity.
